Music: Country, gospel
Inspired by music since he was just a young child, Nathan enjoyed singing at church, and started his first piano lessons by the age of nine which in turn initiated a lifelong desire to be creative musically.
Nathan Belt has performed at Opry's Theatres in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas since 1994. By the time he was sixteen, he was making regular appearances at major theaters in the Dallas & Fort Worth areas quickly becoming a favorite. Performing at these venues provided the training and experience necessary for him to become the artist he is today. He became well-known within this local theater circuit and it wasn’t long before he was being sought after for bookings on a regular basis. By age eighteen, Nathan was performing as a "Singing Cowboy" at the well-known “South Fork Ranch” Parker, TX.
Nathan is the creator, co-producer and writer of several special theme shows about the King of Rock n’ Roll, Elvis Presley, in which he also performs the leading role, as well as other special shows featuring the music of the 50’s, Classic Country and more.
Nathan has received many awards over these past several years including Youth Vocalist; Horizon Award; Male Vocalist; Best Male Opry Artist Dallas/Ft.Worth Terry Awards; Best Gospel Artist; Duo Artist; and the first performer ever to be inducted into the Grapevine Opry Associations’ “Hall of Fame” as “Entertainer of the Year”, after winning that nomination three consecutive years. Nathan now holds two “Hall of Fame” Awards with the Grapevine Opry Association after being inducted a second time with three wins of “Male Vocalist”. He does appreciate the rewards, and at all times remains a very humble artist who is always appreciative of his fans. He looks forward to each opportunity to perform.
