Music: acappella - jazz, doo-wop, barbershop, contemporary, and inspirational favorites Acoustix, one of America's premier a cappella groups, consisting of four talented musicians, has been electrifying audiences around the world since 1990. The foursome has been featured on NBC's "Today Show", TNN's "Statler Brothers Show," CNN, two PBS specials, and most recently on ABC's worldwide Millennium broadcast, "ABC 2000". Acoustix has shared the stage with The Mormon Tabernacle Choir, The Dixie Chicks, LeAnn Rimes, Isaac Stern, The Four Freshmen, The Gatlins,The Canadian Brass, the Atlanta Symphony, and Peter Jennings. The quartet's worldwide credits include concerts in hundreds of cities in 45 states of the USA, as well as nine other countries. The group's repertoire includes a wide variety of musical styles, including vocal jazz, doo-wop, barbershop, contemporary, and inspirational favorites. The group sings a broad variety of musical selections that appeal to audiences of all ages. Acoustix was recently inducted to the Southwestern District "Hall of Fame" for extraordinary contributions to the Barbershop Society.
